Choice of ONE appetizer, TWO entrees, ONE dessert 

 Appetizers (choose one)

Spinach Al Forno – sautéed spinach, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, oven-baked 
in a parmesan cream sauce with garlic parmesan crostinis for dipping.

Semoline Crusted Calamari – tender calamari fried crisp, served with marinara and garlic aioli dipping sauce.

Beef Carpaccio – thinly sliced raw tenderloin, Dijon shallot aioli, fried capers, roasted peppers.


Entrees (choose two)

Lasagna Salsiccia – a huge portion of fresh pasta sheets layered with spicy Italian sausage, 
ricotta, asiago and parmesan cheeses, with Alfredo and marinara sauces.

Chicken Florentine – chicken medallions with cremini mushrooms, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes,
roasted garlic cream sauce over parmesan mashed potatoes.

Blackened Tilapia – with roasted garlic aioli, tomatoes, chive oil, with risotto and green beans.

 
Dessert (choose one)

Tiramisu – ladyfingers dipped in espresso and marsala, layered with marscarpone 
and shaved chocolate, served in a martini glass.

Raspberry Crème Cake – lemon pound cake layered with fresh raspberry preserve
and sweet Italian crème with a lemoncello strawberry glaze.

Chocolate Espresso Cake – dark chocolate cake, chocolate mocha mousse, 
chocolate ganache and espresso syrup.
